With more than twenty years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, I founded LUCI Financial Solutions to help small business owners gain clarity, make informed decisions, and manage their finances with confidence.
LUCI is named in honor of my grandmother, whose integrity and care shaped how I approach both business and relationships. Those values continue to guide our work and set the standard for accuracy, trust, and professionalism.
As a business owner, wife, and mother, I understand the demands of running a company while balancing everything else that comes with it. That perspective informs a steady, thoughtful approach focused on structure, reliability, and long-term financial health.
At LUCI, we do more than maintain financial records. We help business owners understand their numbers, plan ahead, and move forward with clarity and intention.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my family, discovering great food, and supporting my daughter at dance competitions.
Erin Marchbanks
Senior Accountant
Erin supports LUCI Financial Solutions by managing core accounting functions, including month-end close, financial reporting, and accounts payable and receivable. Her work helps ensure client financials are accurate, consistent, and ready for review. She brings more than 15 years of experience supporting financial operations across a range of industries and is known for her organized, detail-oriented approach. Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time outdoors and getting out on her bike whenever possible.

Bookkeeper
Inday supports LUCI Financial Solutions with day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions, helping maintain accurate, well-organized financial records for our clients. With seven years of experience in QuickBooks Online, she brings a strong foundation in structured bookkeeping support, with a focus on detail, efficiency, and consistency. Originally a teacher, she transitioned into bookkeeping with a commitment to precision and dependable client service. Outside of work, she enjoys running and traveling.

Executive Assistant
Katie serves as Executive Assistant at LUCI Financial Solutions, where she supports executive and team scheduling, client communication, and the administrative coordination that keeps the firm running smoothly. Known for her organization and dependable follow-through, she helps ensure client requests are handled promptly and serves as a steady point of contact for both clients and the LUCI team. Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and their three sons, whose busy sports schedules keep the family on the go.
Katrina Lochocki, CPA
Tax Strategist
Katrina is a licensed CPA who provides tax strategy, tax preparation, and technical review support for LUCI Financial Solutions. She reviews the accounting team’s work and prepares tax returns for clients who require integrated tax services, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment between financials and tax filings. Her background includes Big Four public accounting and corporate accounting roles focused on financial reporting and month-end close. Katrina holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and an MBA, and brings a clear, practical approach that helps business owners understand their numbers and tax position. Outside of work, Katrina enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and traveling with her family.
